Mr. Alexander was terrific, he explained everything to me plus demonstrated how your products would create a warmer, dry basement.  I explained to my daughter  She just acquired this house and  is in the process of some major renovations. When I called the office the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with scheduling a appt. around my hectic schedule.  When the sales rep Michael Alexander got to my house I liked the fact that he was not pushy and explained the work in detail.  I felt very comfortable and trusting with him.  The service tech Michael Quinn came to the house on time to install the SandiDry system and he was extremely nice and very thorough with his work.  I had used other dehumidifiers in the past and none worked as well as this one does. I would recommend Healthy Basement Systems to everyone!

The whole system made sense. I really love the idea of having three pumps--one for back up if electricity goes out. We have already used the back up pump and it was so relieving to not have to worry about when the electric would come back.
