Our team worked with a general contractor to help this homeowner in Hatboro, PA in regards to the floor on their first level of their home. The existing floor and wood beams were damage and needed to be replaced. Our team reinforced the floor with our SmartJack Crawl Space Reinforcement System. Each SmartJack provides additional support to the flor joist and crawl space beams to secure the floor and prevent sagging and movement. 

A Highland Park, NJ homeowner repaired there cracked foundation walls by having our team install the Carbon Armor Reinforcement System. Carbon Armor Straps are installed with a strong epoxy to adhere to the foundation wall. The straps are secured and prevent future movement of the wall. They can be adjusted every few years to gradually bring the wall back towards its original position. 

An existing waterproofing customer in  Highland Park, NJ wanted to address the cracks in the walls of their basement. We sent our Specialist, Mike Notar, back out to perform a new inspection and provide recommendations on a solution. Mike explained that the stair step and horizontal cracks were due to the movement and pressure on the other side of the foundation walls. He recommended Carbon Armor Reinforcement System to stabilize the walls.

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by an Abington, PA homeowner in regards to the floor on the first level of their home. They noticed in certain areas, the floor sloped and sagged. Small gaps formed there the floor use to meet the molding. Our Crawl Space Specialist, Anthony, realized the high level of moisture in the crawl space was being absorbed by the wooden beams causing movement. The beams began to sag from lack of support. 

Anthony recommended our moisture vapor barrier known as CleanSpace and our SmartJack stabilizers to provide the floor with the correct support it needed.
