A homeowner in North Wales, PA called Quality 1st Basement Systems to repair their sinking concrete. The entire area was sinking and settling due to the lack of support from the soil underneath the slabs. over time, soil becomes too wet, too dry, or poorly compacted and becomes weak causing movement and settlement to the concrete above. A North Whales, PA homeowner was ready to address their concrete patio and walkway since both areas had settled causing trip hazards. They decided to have Quality 1st Basement Systems out to inspect both areas and see if PolyLevel would be the perfect solution.  Polylevel  is a polyurethane foam that fills the voids between the soil and concrete slab. Over time, soil becomes weak if too wet or too dry causing movement. The settlement occurs and then trip hazards form!
