Don't let tripping hazards get you down! Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Princeton Junction, New Jersey to repair their sinking sidewalk. We used our PolyLevel Injections to bring the sidewalk to a raised position. When the job was complete, the homeowner was satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st! 

The driveway at this beautiful Brookside home, was settling and separating from the garage. Over time, the separation can expand allowing dirt and rocks to get stuck in the cracks. The homeowner called Quality 1st to come and give a free estimate on the settling she had been experiencing. As you can see, PolyLevel was able to raise the concrete slab back to its original level!  

A homeowner in Avalon, NJ noticed their concrete was sinking and settling. Small trip hazards formed creating an unsafe walkway which could cause a serious injury. The homeowner wanted to prevent an issue and needed to address the walkway area before all the walking traffic this summer.  As a solution, we used PolyLevel, a waterproofing and light weight polyurethane foam that brings the concrete back towards its original position, stabilizing each concrete slab.  Now, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about trip hazards and has peace of mind. 

This homeowner from Ocean View, NJ noticed that her driveway slab had sunk about 2 inches into the ground. Water began to pool in the sunken part of the concrete, creating further damage. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements to lift and level the concrete slab with our PolyLevel solution. Once the slabs were level, the water was able to drain out into the street again.
