Don't let uneven concrete get you down! Check out the work we did in Egg Harbor, NJ. We brought this concrete driveway back towards its original position by using our PolyLevel Injections. The homeowner wanted to repair the existing concrete and avoid replacing it at all cost. PolyLevel raises the existing concrete and stabilizes it preventing future settlement. PolyLevel is environmentally friendly and causes no disruption to the surrounding area during installation. This homeowner was selling their home but hit a roadblock because of the settling driveway which created a huge tripping hazard. The Q1 team drilled small holes into the sinking slabs and injected the PolyLevel underneath. PolyLevel first expands then hardens raising the slab back to the desired level. Within 15 minutes the homeowner was able to pull their car back into the driveway. 

A Brown Mills, NJ homeowner was interested in repairing their sinking concrete sidewalk. Quality 1st Basement Systems used the Polylevel Injection to lift and level the sinking slabs. Peace of mind was restored to the homeowner knowing their sidewalk is repaired. 

A homeowner from Browns Mills, NJ noticed that the concrete step leading to their front door had settled over time, creating an uneven and potentially hazardous entryway. Wanting a solution that was both quick and long-lasting, they chose to repair it using PolyLevel and NexusPro.

With PolyLevel, experts were able to lift the sunken step by injecting a lightweight, expanding foam beneath the concrete, raising it back to its proper height with precision. To finish the job, they applied NexusPro sealant to fill any cracks and joints, protecting the area from water intrusion and future settling. The result was a stable, level step that restored safe access to the front door and improved the home's overall curb appeal.

A homeowner contacted Quality 1st when they realized their concrete was sinking and settling. Our PolyLevel Foreman, Richard, went out to complete the installation. Richard and his team drilled penny- size holes into the concrete and  injected the polyurethane foam. They were able to lift and level the concrete within minutes without disrupting the surrounding areas. To complete the installation, our team installed NexusPro joint sealant to seal the joints of the concrete to prevent water from getting beneath the surface of the concrete and causing settlement in the future.
