We have the ultimate solution for sinking and settling concrete. We use Polyurethane Foam to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. Small holes are drilled into the concrete slab and PolyLevel is injected underneath. Since the soil is too weak to support the slab causing the settlement, PolyLevel provides additional support. The Polyurethane foam, expands underneath the slab, raising it back towards its original state. Once leveled, the foam begins to harden to permanently stabilize the existing slab.
Our Crew raised the sinking sidewalk area in Port Reading, NJ, using PolyLevel! Small holes are drilled into each sinking slab and injected the polyurethane foam underneath the concrete and raised it back to level.
