A homeowner in Middletown, NJ was having concerns on the front sidewalk of their home. Several pedestrians had tripped over this hazardous sidewalk and so the homeowner wanted to remove the tripping hazard right away before anyone got seriously hurt. Quality 1st Basements raised a sinking sidewalk with our Concrete Raising Solution, PolyLevel. We send our Concrete Repair Specialists out to inspect the concrete area and recommend our PolyLevel solution based on the size of the concrete, the state of the concrete and whether or not it is affected by tree roots. 

Our Team will drill small holes into the concrete slab and inject PolyLevel underneath. The PolyLevel raises the slab back to level. This polyurethane foam is waterproof and environmentally friendly. The slab is then lifted back into place, and the homeowner does not need to worry about dangerous tripping hazards.
