This Millville NJ homeowner was struggling with uneven concrete slabs on their front porch patio walkway, potentially causing tripping hazards and a decline to the structural integrity of the home. After contacting our team of concrete repair professionals at Quality 1st, we were able to assist in setting up a formal meeting with our system design specialist Nelson. Following this interaction our skilled foreman Ash and his crew arrived shortly after at the home and began installing our specially patented PolyLevel Foam Injections beneath the slabs essentially stabilizing and restoring them to their initial surface height. The crew also installed our ultra violet-resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant to ensure the walkway is fully protected against erosion. Now this owner can rejoice in their newly renovated and fully fortified walkway!
A homeowner in Gibbsboro, New Jersey was noticing their sidewalk was sinking and settling. When concrete is poured over backfilled soil, the soil settles over time and creates a void under the concrete. As water runs down through the cracks, it washes the soil out as it passes through. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Joe Mancini, was able to help them fix this issue. He suggested a polyurethane foam to be injected in the concrete. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre, used the PolyLevel System to lift and stabilize the concrete. This is done by drilling small holes into the slab and injecting the foam into the voids, causing the concrete to level back to its original position.
