We recently assisted this Branchburg, NJ, homeowner who was increasingly concerned about the bowing walls in their basement, fearing that foundation settlement was causing structural instability. The walls had begun to show visible signs of stress, creating cracks and further bowing over time, which left the homeowner anxious about the long-term effects on their home.

After contacting Quality 1st Basement Systems, a thorough inspection revealed that the pressure from the surrounding soil was the primary culprit behind the bowing walls. The team recommended installing our specially patented CarbonArmor Reinforcing System, which uses high-strength carbon fiber straps to stabilize and reinforce the walls. The installation process was quick and non-invasive, requiring no excavation, and the carbon fiber system provided a permanent solution to the problem.

This Peapack, NJ homeowner has had their sump pump system for over ten years and their home continues to be protected against water damage. Each year, our service team provides annual maintenance to ensure the system is operating at its best performance.

It's strongly recommended for our homeowners to have annual maintenance for their sump pump systems. This helps prolong the lifespan of their system and continues the protection of the home against water damage. 

A Columbus, NJ resident was interested in waterproofing options when they finally had enough with the water concerns in their unfinished basement. Our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis, met with the homeowner and provided them with a full inspection. He noticed multiple signs of water entry by where the wall and floor met. He also noticed the space was very damp and musty. He recommended our TripleSafe Sump pump as a permanent solution to keep this large basement dry. Foreman, Mario Barron, installed the full perimeter system in the basement. 

A Columbus, New Jersey resident had an old and failing sump pump system. Their current sump pump was not properly  protecting this basement. Our foreman, Mario Barron, replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system has an airtight lid and will keep the basement dry and protected by draining out the water away from the home.
