The CleanSpace liner was to be installed in the crawl space to provide a solid water vapor barrier, preventing future moisture or water damage. SilverGlo insulation panels were placed to enhance energy efficiency. To the pressing issue of the home’s shifting foundation, we deployed our SmartJack system, providing solid support to stabilize and potentially lift the foundation to its original position. 

In Absecon, NJ, a homeowner faced the troublesome issues of moisture and humidity in their crawl space. The excess moisture had led to musty odors and the threat of mold, compromising the air quality throughout their home. Our experienced production team embarked on the task with precision and care. Concluding the job, we powered up the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, acclaimed for its efficiency in reducing humidity and obliterating mold threats.

In order  to keep the concrete from shifting, our polylevel team sealed the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
