A homeowner in Fords was suffering with her wet basement. The old sump pump was malfunctioning and water was flooding the basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed the SuperSump sump pump to replace the old system, as well as a LawnScape to keep water away from the home's foundation.

A homeowner living in Woodbridge Township, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basements with concerns of water in the basement. Our System Design Specialist noticed efflorescence on the walls and signs of water seepage on the corners of the walls and near the floor. He recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump although with our WaterGuard Drainage System to keep the basement dry. The WaterGuard is installed above the mud zone to prevent clogging of the WaterGuard to ensure that it will always collect the water and direct it to the pump. The TripleSafe Sump pump has a backup battery in case of a power outage to continue to pump water out if the home loses power. 

Quality 1st Basements was able to provide a permanent waterproofing solution so that the basement never floods again.

Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced her sump pump with our SuperSump Sump Pump. The SuperSump Pump is housed in a protective liner and sealed with an air tight lid. It is equipped with an alarm that will sound if water levels reach a certain point and a backup battery to ensure that even if the power goes out during a storm, the pump will continue to keep the basement dry.
