This Freehold homeowner suffered from a flooded basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems determined that the water in the basement was caused by groundwater seepage. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump which will drain water from the WaterGuard system away from the home. The homeowner is now able to enjoy a dry basement space.

PowerBrace Wall Repair System was also installed to stabilize the bowing walls. Both systems stabilize the homes foundation and can gradually return the walls back to the original position.The old sump pump system was removed and a complete Waterproofing System which included a SuperSump Pump and WaterGuard to keep the basement dry was installed. 

The homeowner was relieved that they no longer had water issues in their basement and that the foundation was now stabilized.
