We recently were contacted by a homeowner in Toms River, NJ, after they recognized sagging floors as a result of a lack of proper structural support in their crawl space. This crawl space in Toms River, NJ, was experiencing damp and humid conditions due to water intrusion. The homeowner reached out to our team to address this issue and prevent further damage. Our team conducted a thorough assessment of the situation and recommended an installation that would effectively keep the crawl space dry. 

We encapsulated the crawl space using our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace combination, which directs water to flow beneath the new vapor barrier, preventing it from entering the space. Additionally, we insulated the area with our SilverGlo Wall Insulation, providing a radiant heat barrier while preventing water and humidity intrusion. To optimize climate control and maintain clean air quality, we installed one of our Sedona Dehumidifiers. Finally, we completed the project by installing a new EverLast Door to ensure an airtight and waterproof seal for the crawl space, effectively protecting it from external conditions. With this enhanced waterproofing system, this home is now guaranteed to maintain a dry and controlled crawl space that will no longer be susceptible to water damage.

In Toms River, NJ, a homeowner faced persistent moisture issues in their basement, primarily during heavy rains. The walls began bubbling, showing efflorescence, and the basement had experienced mold outbreaks in the past. Our proposed approach included WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace encapsulation for a reliable and long-lasting remedy. Our knowledgeable production team took over. They initiated the project by installing WaterGuard–a special drainage system placed beneath the basement floor along the perimeter.
