This Saddle Brook, NJ homeowner originally experienced water issues in their home, so Quality 1st Basement Systems resolved the issue by installing their Triple Safe Sump Pump System. Each year, our service team provides annual maintenance to prolong the system's lifespan and the home's safety. 

This homeowner was experiencing some serious problems in their crawl space. Not only were their floors sagging, the crawl space was also accumulating water! Luckily, our System Design Specialist, Jeff, was able to come up with the perfect solution for their problems. Our  Team installed SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging beams, leveling the floor on the first level of the home. We also installed a CleanSpace encapsulation to prevent water and moisture from seeping through the foundation into the crawl space area. The homeowners crawl space is now another dry and healthy space in their home. 

A homeowner in Keansburg NJ was in need of the foundation beams to be replaced. Without supportive beams, the floor could sag as the foundation cannot hold the weight. Smart Jacks and power brace beams were installed to support the house. Smart Jack is a high capacity, fully adjustable steel pier that's designed to support the weight of your home and remove your worries! 

Quality 1st Basement's Design Specialist, Jack Huber, was on hand to help design a solution for this customer's wet crawl space. CleanSpace Drainage Matting would be installed on the floor to eliminate sitting water and direct it to a drainage system.  Next, the installation of SilverGlo Insulation Panels for the walls would reflect heat back into the crawl space for energy efficiency while providing a water vapor barrier. Lastly, a durable CleanSpace liner would be installed to further prevent vapor from making its way into the crawl space and to complete the encapsulation. This system was installed by foreman Victor Leon and his crew to give the customer peace of mind and a fresh and cleaner looking crawl space.
