Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Lodi, New Jersey to replace their old sump pump. This Lanoka Harbor townhouse basement had water leaking in through the walls and floor joints. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed WaterGuard basement waterproofing system in conjunction with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls. The WaterGuard prevents water from entering into the basement through the floors. The CleanSpace vapor barrier will stop water from coming into the basement through the walls by draining the water to the WaterGuard. This basement is now bright, dry, and clean!

A homeowner in Lacey Township, New Jersey was experiencing a lot of humidity in the crawl space and contacted Quality 1st for a solution.

Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and recommended the crawl space be encapsulated. CleanSpace vapor barrier system was installed on the crawl space floors and walls to keep water vapor and humidity out. With CleanSpace installed this ensures the crawl space stays warm and dry.

There can be many causes to this and one of them is moisture coming from the soil and traveling up into the air in the crawl space. Our foreman, Juan Garcia, installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System which is durable and thick like a pool liner. This system seals the crawl space from the earth and is mold-proof and water-proof. The foreman installs it by removing uneven surfaces and debris, carefully fits and installs the liner, and permanently holds it in place with drilled-in fasteners. Now, the homeowner has a dry and clean space, which is perfect for storage.
