With help from System Design Specialist, Joe Mancini and Foreman, Esau and his crew, Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to provide a permanent solution to the dampness in this crawl space. By replacing the failing sump pump system with our SmartSump pump, this crawl space will now stay healthy and dry. 

The before picture shows a sump pump that has not be maintenance in awhile causing failure and flooding. The after picture is our team in the process of installing our SmartSump Pump System that was specifically designed for small spaces such as a crawl space. The airtight lid prevent water from evaporating back into the space all while protecting the sump pump inside the its liner. 

We find that basement windows can be part of the problem when experiencing dampness and musty odors. To ensure the entire basement is properly sealed off from water, mositure and unwanted drafts, we installed our Sunhouse Window Well . After the installation, the homeowner was thrilled to see natural sunlight come into their basement and not worry about water or unwanted drafts seeping through. 

A homeowner in Belford, NJ noticed their basement was damp and humid, so they contacted us for a solution. Our System Design Specialist Laszlo, provided an inspection and suggested a waterproofing system to protect the basement from oncoming water seepage. Our foreman Heriberto and his crew installed our WaterGuard French Drain System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System that will work together to pump out water. TripleSafe will provide three levels of protection against seepage, while WaterGuard directs water away from the walls and floors. Since the installation, the homeowner's peace of mind has been restored!

A Bedford, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after discovering heavy water seeping through the floors of their basement. System Design Specialist, Andrew, provided an inspection of the basement walls and floors. During his inspection, Andrew discovered there was a gap forming between the walls and floors of the basement. He presented this to the homeowner and recommended the WaterGuard French Drain.
