Waterproofed Basement in Red Bank, NJ

Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and suggested it be waterproofed. First, WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement, underneath the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to ensure that the system does not get clogged. WaterGuard is the ideal drain system and will direct the water to the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the basement to make sure the basement stays dry. The TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built inside in case of one failure, the next lower level pumps will kick in. This basement is waterproofed and the homeowners can use it for whatever they need to.
