Quality 1st Basement Systems received a call from a homeowner in Mantoloking, NJ about a crawl space concern. The homeowner noticed some humidity and moisture problems in their crawl space and needed to have it inspected. Our System Specialist, Steve R., provided a crawl space inspection. Steve immediately knew the crawl space needed to be encapsulated, so that outside water and humidity could be blocked out. He then told the homeowner the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System would be the perfect solution. CleanSpace is a thick and durable crawl space liner that encapsulates the crawl space, keeping it dry and healthy. After the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other moisture issues in the crawl space, and their peace of mind was restored.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was applied on the walls to keep moisture and humidity from seeping through. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to direct moisture away from the home's foundation.
