Our team was called upon to address the sinking and discoloration issues of the pool deck. To rectify the problem, we employed a highly effective solution. Firstly, we carefully drilled 5/8th pilot holes around the entire pool deck, reaching the depths of the voids. We filled these voids using our advanced PolyLevel technology, effectively lifting, leveling, and supporting the deck. This meticulous process ensured that the deck was once again level, eliminating tripping hazards. Following the successful leveling process, we focused on revitalizing the appearance of the concrete. Our environmentally safe cleaner was applied to prepare the surface, and a thorough power washing was conducted to remove dirt, grime, and stains. Once the deck was clean and ready, we expertly applied our walnut color stain, Deco Shield. This transformative application restored the deck's aesthetic appeal and harmonized its appearance with the homeowner's residence, fence, and surrounding areas. These homeowners contacted Basement Systems of New York to see what could be done to help make their pool deck more functional, as well as remove the hazard and eyesores that had occurred due to poor soil conditions and water drainage issues. 

To address the problem at hand, we drilled our 5/8th pilot holes and filled the void below the deck till it was level. By doing this we were able to bring the pool deck back to level, remove the hazard and eyesores, and address the poor soil condition and drainage issue that was plaguing their deck. 

This homeowner reached out to us because their front steps had sunk and become uneven, creating both an eyesore and a tripping hazard.

To fix the problem, we first drilled down to the void beneath the steps and injected our PolyLevel® commercial-grade foam to lift, level, and stabilize them. Once the structure was secure, we turned our attention to restoring their appearance.

Using our brick overlay process, we ground the surface clean, applied a bonding agent, and after curing, carefully laid out a new brick pattern. The result? Steps that are not only safe and stable but beautifully refreshed with restored color and design.

The homeowner couldn’t be happierthe hazard is gone, and their entryway now looks better than ever.

Our client's concrete around their pool was suffering from multiple uneven surfaces. These uneven surfaces created a hazardous pool area for both kids and adults. Basement Systems of New York was called to level all the uneven surfaces that they had, we were able to restore the concrete around their pool with the help of PolyLevel. We injected PolyLevel foam beneath the concrete, which raised it back to the proper level and made it look brand new
