I have used Basement Systems of New York twice, in two different homes, and after they installed the drainage systems, both basements were dry. They clearly explained what needed to be done and they never exceeded their estimates.  Their workers were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, and they never left a mess behind.  If you're having water problems (and who doesn't have water problems in this area?) Dear Basement Systems of NY: The job was completed at 8pm on December 8, 2005. The basement is DRY in the winter weather for the first time in the three years I have owned the house.  I am VERY satisfied with the way the installation took place. Mr. Cruz and his crew worked incredibly hard and was completely receptive to all my questions and requests. One incident remains in my mind. The excavator that I hired to provide drainage away from the house left a single pipe near the house that was inadequate for your system. Your crew could have simply connected to it and called it a day. But the foreman told me it wasn't sufficient and they proceeded to re-excavate a portion of the pipe in order to install the outlets and connect into the main drain properly. I was impressed that they did this as it was late and it meant digging outside in the cold and dark, but it made the system work properly. My compliments on the crew's professionalism! I am happy to volunteer as a reference for your future customers. I wish you all a Happy New Year!
