A previous customer of Frank's, Mike from Tonawanda, NY, noticed water leaking from his walls and onto his basement floor. Since he already had I-Beams installed, our crew installed a perimeter drainage system leading to his existing sump pump. This drainage system will effectively capture any water seepage from his walls and flow it into his drainage system.

Kimberly C., from Tonawanda, New York, noticed water coming up through the joint where her floor and wall meet, which is when she called the waterproofing professionals at Frank's Basement Systems for help. Our crew went out to Kimberly's home and installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system to combat the water seepage and create a smooth flow of water straight to her existing sump pump.

The owner of this Sanborn home noticed signs of moisture coming through their block basement walls. A CleanSpace vapor barrier will seal out moisture permanently. 

This Sanborn, NY, homeowner noticed their sump pump was running nonstop. Not only that, but they had water leaking into their basement from various cracks, so they were looking for a more permanent solution with a sump pump that wasn't constantly running. Our crew came in and first, sealed the cracks with our Xypex crystalline solution. Then, we replaced their sump pump with a SuperSump Plus sump pump system and installed BrightWall panels over the former cracks to prevent further water seepage.
