When Katy B. noticed a crack in her basement foundation wall leaking water, she decided to call the experts at Frank's Basements for help. Our crew went out to Katy's home in Buffalo, New York, and first, sealed the crack with our Xypex solution, then installed our patented drainage system to keep any water from touching her basement floor again. 

A crack formed below this basement window allowing water to leak into the basement. The crack was repaired with FlexiSpan and water can no longer enter the basement. 

A crack in the corner of this basement began leaking water. The FlexiSpan crack repair system was used to repair the crack and stop the leak.

Water commonly enters where two walls meet. FlexiSpan is a permanent repair to stop water from ever entering the basement again.

This large crack had been ineffectively repaired in the past. FlexiSpan was used to seal the crack and stop water from coming through. BrightWall panels were installed over the repair to create a clean, finished look.
