Old stone foundations are known to be quite leaky! So after moving into a new home and enduring a rainy spring, Steve finally had Frank’s Basement Systems come out. Now what used to be a damp, wet basement is a dry and clean one thanks to the CleanSpace Wall System and the FlowGuard drainage system!

Randy was struggling with water getting into his basement and pooling on the floors. Frank’s Basement Systems came out and installed a waterproofing system that included a perimeter of the WaterGuard drainage system and a SuperSump. Now Randy can rest easy knowing water won’t be sitting on his basement floors anymore!

We didn't just fix this crack in Roy's basement, but we also waterproofed it to help keep it dry! After using the Xypex System to fix the crack, we add a BrightWall panel and a strip of WaterGuard drainage to ensure that any water seepage is directed to the home's existing drainage system, not onto the basement floor.

By utilizing Xypex Concrete treatment, this nasty crack was patched up by the Frank's Basement Systems team in no time!
