This basement went from water-damaged to waterproofed thanks to the Team here at Frank’s Basement Systems. John’s basement in his Rochester, NY home experienced water damage in one area, so our Team came in for a full basement waterproofing transformation. We wrapped all of the walls with our CleanSpace® Basement Finishing Wall System so that if any water or moisture tries to come through, it will be directed down to the WaterGuard® Basement Drainage System installed directly below. That water then flows to a new SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System, known for its reliability and ability to handle large volumes of water effectively. With everything the Team installed, John can rest easily knowing his basement will stay dry for years to come thanks to Frank’s Basement Systems!

Ralph had a large, leaky crack in his basement that was damaging the walls and floors. Frank’s Basement Systems was able to patch, plug, and waterproof the crack using a Xypex system, the WaterGuard drainage system, and a BrightWall Panel. Now if any moisture seeps out, it goes into the home drainage system, leaving his basement drier than before!
