I just want to say how happy we are with our basement repair.  Victor and his crew were wonderful.  Their work looks attractive and he left our premises very neat and orderly, spotless is a better word. They worked until nearly 7 o'clock last night in order to complete the project.  Chris at your company kept us informed regarding the timetable so that we knew when our job was scheduled to be done and completed. Your other crew headed by, I think Tony, was also excellent.  They initiated the project a few weeks ago and Victor and his crew completed it yesterday. Also a word for Ray Smith, our salesperson.  He was very nice in explaining all that was required to repair our problem in our basement near our Bilco outside basement door. From the time, Day 1, when I was greeted at the door by Jamar, to the final walk through w/Javi, the crew was very cordial and professional. We want to thank Frank's Basements for the great job they did  on our crawl space. Jason and his crew were very professional and patient with us - always willing to answer all our questions and concerns. They acted in a professional manner (no swearing) and always left the job site clean. A special thanks to Tom for coming out to answer our questions and willing to give us his cell number to contact him at anytime. We appreciated that.

As scheduled quite a while ago, Frank's was to arrive at our house to repair a couple cracks in the basement wall and install a new sump pump back-up system and the two jobs were expected to take two days to complete.  We received a call several days prior to the scheduled work date to verify information and we were given a time frame when workers would arrive on both days. As promised - CRAIG arrived on the first day, on time, and went right to work.  He was very careful to cover all areas with drop cloths and seal off his work area with plastic sheeting.  He was very congenial, and explained to us what he would be doing.   He provided us with updates when he took scheduled breaks.   At the end of the day he informed us what had been done and what he had to complete the next day.  And before he left our home he left the basement work area clean and neat.  We were impressed with his professionalism. The next morning CRAIG returned and went right to work with the efficiency and diligence he demonstrated the previous day.  The second worker, JEREMY, who was the plumber, arrived almost at the same time, as scheduled, and after surveying the area where he would be working and assessing the job at hand he also got right to it.  Despite some tight areas where the wall had to be repaired and one or two unexpected problems with the plumbing, CRAIG and JEREMY were polite, courteous, informative, efficient, at all times professional, and left the areas where they worked actually cleaner than the rest of the basement.  (Now my wife wants me to clean and paint the rest of the basement!)   Thanks Frank's! We would highly recommend Frank's Basement Systems to anyone who needs ANY of the services they offer.  Jobs well done!  Terrific craftsmen!
