Before too much time passes, I want to pass along my highest compliments on yesterday's service. Since the installation of our basement service (May 2011), we have enjoyed the benefits of 100% useable basement space in our home. Since then we have arranged for the annual maintenance of our drains and sump crocks. Every representative that has come to perform those services has done a great job for us. Yesterday, 10/5/15 was no exception. Technician Brian R. is an outstanding representative of Frank's. He was timely in his arrival, extremely courteous through all of our interactions and exuded a high level of "on the job" enthusiasm during his work assignment. He paid high attention to maintaining a clean working environment and made certain to review all the aspects/findings of the job he had completed. In my opinion Brian is a GREAT front person for Frank's. Please make Brian aware that his service at our house and his professional interaction with us deserves an A++.

Wanted to pass along our thanks for a great job done on the repair of our basement wall last week.  We are very pleased with the final result. Ray was our initial contact and did a great job getting us all set up for the work to be done.  Craig spent time at our home 2 days last week to complete the job and we appreciated his pleasant approach and willingness to answer all of our questions along the way.  His work was very thorough and her left our basement as clean as it was when he arrived.  We will recommend Frank's and will mention Ray and Craig to our family and friends who may need similar services.

My radon exhaust system will now function correctly due to his good work.
