Dear Mangement of Frank's Basements, After a recent experience with your company, I feel compelled to write about my perceptions of your business. I was truly not looking forward to the experience of having our crawl space "enveloped." What a disruption to my life and routine were my exact thoughts! How wrong can one person be? Your work crew arrived at my home exactly as promised. The forman Leo introduced himself and briefly outlined the planned activity for the day and the week...stating it would most likely take about 9 days to complete. From the first to the last day, every man who worked at the house was incredibly quiet, polite, and thoughtful. On day one when they crawled into our crawlspace, a most unpleasant place, I thought "here comes the grumbling." Never a word was heard...never! No loud voices, nio swearing, no vulgarity...nothing but polite conversation in a quiet voice. At each day's end, the clean up was so thorough you would not have even known workmen were there. I actually began to look forward to having them come in, that's how pleasant they were. They treated me and my husband, as well as our home with the utmost respect and regard. Thank you for this pleasant experience. It is not often a company maintains a workforce such as this. Leo and his crew were exceptional, what a joy to have thme do the work.

I first like to say thank you for taking on my difficult footer and sill plate project. I had four other contractors look at the job and they were all apprehensive on even attempting the work. I was in a real bad situation with my house and Frank's Basement Systems stepped up to the plate. Even in the beginning your very professional estimator Michael C. put my mind at ease. Everyone on board with my project was very pleasant, repectful and knowledgeable. Bottom line, all your employees kicked some severe ass and went the extra mile. They took time out to answer my many questions. They informed me what they were planning on doing next throughout the project. You advertise that you will exceed my expectations and your company knocked it out of the park! I couldn't have asked for a better contractor from start to finish.  I am writing this letter to tell you want a great experience I had when Mike Ciocca came to my house to estimate remediation of my crawl spaces.  He was professional, nice, knowledgeable and straight forward.  He gave us the estimate and we signed with him immediately. However the story gets better, a week later we received an offer on our house.  The inspection of course was not good because of the crawl spaces.  The buyer wanted to talk with Mike.  It was a Saturday I said I would try to call him, and told the buyer I would have Mike call him.  Mike called be back, then called the buyer.  A day later the buyer bought our house.  Mike thank you again!!! Mike did this on his day off.  The work has not been done yet but i am looking forward to meeting more of your excellent people. I would recommend Frank's Basements to anyone.

You came out and repaired my basement wasll. The professionalism, qulaity of work and clean up were great. I was impressed with the quality of work, friendly staff, and how clean they left the job site.

I contracted Frank's Basement Systems to repair teh rear wall of my house. The work is still ongoing but I felt the need to inform you that I couldn't be more happier in the fact that I chose Frank's to do the job. Everything is first rate. From the beginning inspection performed by Rick P., to the carbon fiber bands installation by Craig and the now ongoing painting by Mike. I couldn't be more pleased. Rick could have soaked me by seeling me work I didn't need. My basement rear wall was cracking and the floor had many new cracks. I thought I had a drainage problem causing pressure to crack my basement floor and I thought I would need part of the floor ripped up to replace new drain pipes. Rick assured me this was not the case and I had no water problem. My only problem was a rear wall starting to bow. This was confirmed by a structural engineer. Thank you Rick for being an honest man and not causing me to spend all of my retirement money on this basement. Craig came to prep the wall and to install carbon fiber bands per the drawings made up by the engineer. From the moment he arrived until he was finished on the second day, he was focused on his job. He would work steadily until lunch and after lunch he was right back on the job. At the end of the day, he would clean up and you would never know anyone was working down there. Excellent worker. Mike showed up on the third day to put some sealing paint on the wall. Another great worker. He prepped the entire wall for painting and worked steadily until lunch and then right back to the task at hand. He knew the town inspector hadn't been in yet, so he left the carbon fiber bands unpainted so the inspector could see them. Don't know if this was necessary, but there is no sense in giving the inspector something to question. Mike will paint the bands after inspection. Provided the inspector even shows up. To sum it all up, Frank's Basement Systems is a first rate organization. The office staff was always cheerful and helpful when I called. The crew in the field, Rick, Craig adn Mike are all top notch. If I had a company, these are the type of people I would hire. They have an excellent work ethic, which is something that is sorely lacking in many organizations. Contratulations to Frank for running such a top notch organization.

I had my basement wall collapse and you came and took care of everything. Your crew was extremely knowledgable, courteous, and informative. From the town inspector: I thought it important to state the excellent job that Leo and his crew did on the steel beams. The drilling of the steel and installation of the lag screws was absolutely textbook perfect, which is a rare in-field observation in the hundreds, if not thousands, of jobs I have inspected. The screws were perfectly centered and installed square with no splitting of the members. Leo clearly takes pride in his work, but just as importantly appears to instill that value in his crew.
