Before the project, the homeowner in Endicott, NY, was preparing to sell their home and wanted to get the property in better shape before putting it on the market. Uneven and settled concrete around the home was an area of concern, making the exterior look worn and potentially affecting the property's overall appearance and curb appeal. The homeowner contacted Woodford Bros., Inc. for a professional solution to restore the concrete and improve the condition of the property. The Woodford Bros., Inc. team used the PolyLevel system to lift and stabilize the sunken concrete slabs, creating a more level and functional surface. NexusPro Joint Sealant was then applied to the existing joints and cracks to help protect the repaired areas from water infiltration and future deterioration. After the work was completed, the concrete had a noticeably improved appearance and a more even surface, helping the homeowner prepare the property for sale with greater confidence. 

The home owner's for this project thought they were going to have to remove and replace the deck around their hot tub.  They called us and our Design Specialist, Jon Bumpus, met with the homeowners and explained how we could fix it. After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist who then recommended our PolyLevel system as well as the installation of a new concrete slab to even out the concrete.
