That's where the name "Basement Brothers" comes from. The owner's Tom and Mike Woodford believe in being honest and hardworking. Our headquarters is in Apulia Station, outside of Tully, NY. We serve all of Central New York, including Syracuse, Rochester, Binghamton, Oswego, Ithaca, and Auburn.

In New Woodstock, NY, this homeowner was facing recurring water intrusion in their basement, threatening valuable utilities. As seen in the before photo, dampness was evident. To solve this issue, we implemented our proven three-step system. First, we installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump to keep the basement reliably dry. Next, we integrated WaterGuard, a non-clogging drainage system hidden under concrete, channeling water effectively. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to control humidity, ensuring a mold-free environment. The after photo illustrates a dry, safe basement protecting the home's utilities. 

Robert and Alexis Oswego county home had a wet basement problem. They already had a sump pump but water still came in across the floor. Robert wanted the problem fixed because he needed storage space. Alexis wanted the musty smell gone. Robert tried keeping cleaning the water, but after heavy rains, the musty smell would always come back. Alexis even put a fan at the top of the stairs to keep the musty air moving but that only masked the problem. The real problem was water. After seeing one of our TV commercials Robert knew we would stop the water. 

Our crews finished the inside problem in 2 days and will go back in the spring to bury the discharge line. Now, Robert and Alexis can sleep with peace of mind. No more musty smell and water on the floor.

Water destroyed the basement of this home. The Woodford crew came in a put in a new waterproofing system along with 1/2 walls that will never grow mold or mildew. Water will never be a problem in this basement again.
