Before the project, a property owner in Syracuse, NY, contacted Woodford Bros., Inc. because they wanted to take a proactive approach to maintaining and protecting their rental property. The existing support system beneath the home needed additional attention, and the property owner wanted to address the issue before it could lead to more significant structural concerns or costly repairs. To help strengthen and stabilize the structure, the Woodford Bros., Inc. team installed the SmartJack System. The adjustable steel support posts were positioned beneath the affected areas to provide added support and help stabilize the floor system. After the installation, the rental property had a stronger, more dependable support system designed to help protect the home and maintain its structural stability for years to come. 

This wall needed to be completely rebuilt. Now with a new wall, supports and new footer this house has a solid foundation and the homeowners has peace of mind.
