It was a professional experience with the sales and installation team.
We received a call to move our Appt up a week. During this call I asked about track that is attached to the wall. The woman on the phone was quick to tell me it wouldn’t work. Her comments and shortness caused a lot of stress. I called our sales contact and he was so accommodating. He took my call while on vacation and brainstormed solutions. He made a few phone calls and called back with ideas. We were ready to cancel our project after talking with the woman on the phone (who then continued the conversation via text). She really was not accommodating.
Great experience. Very professional. Provided options and truly listened to our needs.
Amazing! Every one of these guys were respectful and friendly. The foreman communicated what would happen each day and had a wrap up conversation as well. He explained everything so that I felt comfortable and took the time to listen and answer all questions.
They did a great job covering everything. Just wish I would have been told there would be a ridge between old floor and area of work. Now we need to figure out how to sand that.

I’ve met with many companies before and I always felt like they were trying to upsell and weren’t listening to my needs. Nick listened to me and build solutions to solve the problem I was experiencing. And, he took the time to answer all my questions.
