This basement was suffering from severe water damage, high moisture content, and musty smells.
These basement walls were covered in water damage. Rain water would seep through the walls and floors after every heavy rain storm. Paint was chipping, musty odors were arising, and something needed to be done!
This home originally had a pool liner installed as a vapor barrier in the crawl space. Which inevitably lead to serious moisture issues.
This poorly insulated and unprotected crawl space was humid and falling apart. Due to the amount of moisture in the space, the floors above were sagging down, causing a lack of foundation support.
Our TripleSafe features a three-pump system that is able to automatically adjust to the current pumping requirements of the environment. This includes a battery-powered pump to protect against flooding during a power outage.
