The WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor slab, and drains into your sump pump. This system can be installed quickly and has a clean, finished appearance.
This crawl space was humid, wet, and musty, but not anymore! Our ultra-durable CleanSpace is made from a 20-mil thick polyethylene composition. Once installed, it covers, seals, and protects the crawl space from moisture and humidity - providing a bright, dry, and healthy look and feel.
This crawl space had high moisture, mold, mildew, and sagging floors. This space needed a lot of help!
The CleanSpace wall system was installed to seal and protect the basement walls from any moisture that tried to seep through. The interior, subfloor, drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to touch the basement floors!
This poorly insulated and unprotected crawl space was humid and falling apart. Due to the amount of moisture in the space, the floors above were sagging down, causing a lack of foundation support.
Buried downspout extensions prevent water from being dumped directly onto the foundation. This solution creates a pathway for water to flow down and ensures that water is disposed of a safe distance away from the home.
This crawl space was not properly protected or sealed off and therefore was experiencing some bad moisture problems.
Our SilverGlo wall insulation system is the superior choice for a dry, energy-efficient crawl space. It combines graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface to provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation to the crawl space walls. Its waterproof materials will hold back moisture, acting as a vapor barrier to the crawl space walls.
