What made you choose our company:

They arrived on time, were very professional. Misa was so kind to even call me and tell me that the wood/repair man would be driving a RAM Truck and it would not be marked with Carolina Basement logo on it. That was VERY impressive!! Otherwise,, I would not of known this worker or vehicle. They did a wonderful job installing the vapor barrier and insulation and all clean up was impeccable!! The wood repair guys, Wilbert in charge,, were wonderful and did a remarkable job! They worked hard and worked fast! very impressive!! They replaced all rotten wood and nailed everything back like it should be, and even did more! All of your workers were OUTSTANDING!!
