Our Overall Service
It was devious the way the email requesting this survey positioned the "thumbs up" before the check box for accepting texts and calls. I don't want unsolicited texts, calls or emails.
Call Representative
When calling to confirm, the conversations felt like sales calls. Every other interaction seemed genuine.
Sales Process
I realize every customer is different, but if we called you, we do not need to be sold to. We just need information. I think our sales person was intuitive enough to realize that.
Our Installation Crew
Sergio and Justin were great. They obviously respected our home and treated it and us well.
