1. North Dakota is certainly no stranger to snowstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, polar fronts, and other dramatic weather. Precipitation comes in the form of winter blizzards, springtime flooding, summer thunderstorms, and wild autumn weather, leaving the entire state flooded.
2. When flooding hits your area, your basement is most likely to be the prime target for water damage.
3. Give up your basement to repeated flooding conditions, and you're abandoning an entire floor of space in your home. Floods, humidity, mold, and odors will make the space unlivable, while ruining everything kept in the flooded space.
If you need to waterproof the basement in your North Dakota home and are looking for a dry basement solution, you've come to the right place! Basement Systems' certified dealers are ready to assess the problems you're facing and find the right solutions for you.
Wet basements in North Dakota typically get our patented WaterGuard Basement waterproofing system. We also have a number of other basement waterproofing products such as our SunHouse window well (seen on HGTV's "I Want That"), an energy-efficient and powerful basement dehumidifier(The SaniDry Basement Air System), basement wall and floor treatments, and more.

Comment: Water seeps in on north side from under the wall. I have 2 sumps and it still seeps in. I have already removed the sheet rock and all the 2x4 framing is rotted as well. Local guy wants to dig outside below footings and put drainage pipes in. Wanting another opinion on options.

Project Location: Burke Street, Butte, ND 58723
Comment: Water in the basement. Not sure where to put sump pump.
Project Location: 2nd Ave N, Deering, ND 58731
Comment: Poor quality concrete floor basement looks like it has been patched multiple times - water comes in from cracks where the retaining wall meets the floor. Floor is usually damp about 18 inches out from the wall, was told that it is a problem in lots of houses in Deering due to the high water table. There usually is not too much standing water - however it has happened. Please advise on getting the basement waterproofed - so that I can look into remodeling the basement. Sump pump turns on at least once per hour.

Project Location: County Road 22, Sutton, ND 58484
