This home in Musquodoboit Harbour, NS was experiencing water seepage during any time of rainfall. It was important to get this fixed before there were irreversible damage. Ridgeback Basement Systems got to work, doing what they do best. Installed a perimeter system to catch any and all water that continues to come into the home. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump, the highest HP pump we sell for water discharge. 

The hydrostatic pressure was becoming too much on This homeowner attempted to resolve the water issues by installing a french drain on the the outside of the home, but unfortunately it was not a long lasting solution. Thankfully Ridgeback had a permanent solution to tackle the water issues. 

The transformation from this customers existing sump pump to ours in uncanny. By installing our TripleSafe Sump pump, we have given the customers a clean, safe, quiet system, as well as piece of mind with the battery back-up systems. 

We were contacted by this customer and he expressed his concerns regarding water in his basement- and those concerns were valid. During the inspection, our sales specialist noted there was several inches of water sitting in the basement and was continuing to get worse as he was there. He needed a fast, solution that was going to last, and Ridgeback Basement Systems delivered on all counts. 

Mold in a home can be dangerous as it can affect the integrity of one's home, as well as the health of the people within the home. We were able to help this homeowner in their attic where there was obvious ventilation issues and mold began forming. We used out MoldX treatment to kill the existing mold and with proper ventilation the mold should not return.
