Thanks for checking in! We had our first big "Spring" melt here yesterday in Truro, and the basement is dry! Dry!!!! :) Thank you so much for all of your help, it made dealing with our mess of a basement so much easier. I truly appreciate it.

Since we are chatting already anyway I guess I can give you an update. Crawlspace is tied with the permanent roof for the best money we've spent on the house. Since you guys were in to install, we've kept a thermo/humidistat down there and it hasn't moved from 55-60% since - even on the most humid and wet days in the summer.   We recently had the electrician put lighting down there and plan to add a hatch for access from the inside. We were able to close down our rented storage unit and have everything neatly (mostly) organized in rows underneath.  Upstairs, we've noticed a huge difference in air quality. No more musty/dank smell. Also, seeing the weird moisture bugs is rare now when they were infesting the place before. In hindsight I would probably go with the more expensive crawlspace door option, but that won't be an issue once we install the hatch.

We are really happy with the crawl space job. It’s given us a lot of usable storage space. Also, our house is super dry, before we had you in a dehumidifier would fill a 5 litre bucket over night now nothing. Thanks again. 

Thanks for the great job at our house.  The crew were very pleasant and efficient. I paid Chris before he left. After moving from Fall River I lost a double garage and 2 minibarn and ended up paying $300 a month in storage.  This space is more than needed and now is usable to store bikes, kayak, christmas decorations and winter/summer clothes etc with no need to rent any longer. I took some before and after to show future buyers of what the fondation looked like before so there's no sence that I'm trying to hide anything.  

We had used Ridgeback's services at my in-laws home many years ago and they did such a great job that we didn't even call any other company for a quote. We needed some extra structural enforcement in our basement and they showed up when they said they would and did a bang up job! Everyone has been extremely friendly and professional from our sales guy, Gerard, to the installers, Patrick and Justin, and also when speaking with the owner, Holly. Highly recommend!
