Keith joined The Basement Doctor in 2021 with a background in customer service. A typical day for him includes loading the correct materials onto his truck, communicating ETAs with customers, coordinating with his co-foreman to complete the job, and walking the project with the customer to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions. Keith enjoys the instant gratification of finishing a job and seeing a happy customer.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys woodworking, motorcycle riding, and spending time with his family and pets.
