If and when water enters the basement, the water will channel to a drainage system and make it's way to the sump basin, where it is then pumped up and away from the house.

This homeowner in Westerville had an existing sump pump, but it wasn’t enough for his large basement. He called Mid-State Basement Systems for a solution. Our team installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe sump pump system sports three sump pumps in one sump liner with the third pump working off a battery in case of a power outage, making this an optimal solution.

Foreman Miguel Martinez and the Mid-State crew installed 120 feet of WaterGuard interior drainage and a brand new UltraSump sump pump system. 

The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.
