They encapsulated the crawl space with a CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed SmartPipe and a SmartSump to take the water out of the crawl space and away from the home. They also used mold spray to eradicate the mold from the area before encapsulating and spraying foam in the floor joists to provide extra insulation.
