Before & After Photos

Our team came to the rescue with a CleanSpace installation in this Columbus, Ohio, crawl space. We transformed the crawl space from damp, musty, and dirty, to clean, dry, and healthy!

A musty smell had been bothering this homeowner for quite some time. She believed it was coming from the crawl space, so she called the experts at Mid-State Basement Systems to check it out. After an inspection we realized there was definitely a moisture problem that needed to be addressed. Once our expert discussed solutions with the homeowner, they were ready to move forward with the project.

We insulated and waterproofed the walls with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Drainage Matting was laid on the ground to provide a thermal break between the crawl space and the earth. Then, a CleanSpace Liner was installed to protect the space from moisture. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick ultra durable vapor barrier that won't rip or tear! This home is now  protected from the ground up!

A homeowner in Columbus, Ohio, called us to encapsulate and insulate his partial crawl space. The rest of the basement was finished living space, and they needed a clean and dry area of the home to use for storage. We sent out our crew and they completed the encapsulation in just a couple hours. Now, the home's dirty, musty crawl space is now clean, dry, and usable space!
