Flooded basement: Everyone seems to know about Oklahoma tornadoes, but what about the state's severe thunderstorms which produce tornadoes and result in much of its spring precipitation? If intense thunderstorms develop over the same area for several hours or days, they can cause massive flooding. When flooding hits your area, your basement is most likely to be the prime target for water damage.
Other wet basement signs: There are many possible sources for pooling water, damp basement walls or flooring, and high humidity. These include: rusty basement windows, poor grading around the foundation, leaks through cracks in the foundation, saturated soils, simple plumbing failures, and poorly functioning drainage or sump pump systems. A basement already musty and damp is ill-prepared for the next bad rainstorm! Basement waterproofing can address the underlying issues, prevent future water damage and improve the indoor air quality.

Project Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74011
Comment: Need estimate on installing dehumidifier in basement as well as water proofing options and a small concrete leveling area
Project Location: Drumright, OK 74030
Comment: We get heavy flooding in the spring. Our house basement floor is cement, and the house was also built out of cinderblocks. The water pressure forces water through the walls and through cracks in the cement floor. We worry about mold and mildew. It flooded a few inches high this year, we couldn't rest for days trying to keep up with the water

Comment: I just need about 10 feet of this product in brown to move the water across a landscape area to a sidewalk
Project Location: Guthrie, OK 73044
Comment: We bought an 88 year old craftsman home in Nov 2021, in Guthrie Ok. We saw some water pooling near the entrance in February, but it was contained. With the recent severe thunderstorms, we found water seepage throughout the middle of the floor. It looks like it is coming up from floor, as the walls and edges of floor corners are dry. We also need gutters checked for proper drainage, as well as directing downspouts with pipes that drain away from the foundation.
