Julie & Martin Bates

Martin & Julie Bates are the owners of Advanced Basement Systems. They founded the company back in 2003. Since then they has spent the majority of their time being dedicated to their company which has allowed it to expand and succeed. They provide fantastic leadership for the people of Advanced, thereby making the company a healthy employer. Their hard work shows in a physical way as the company has taken home 6 major awards since 2010 and was finalist for Large Company of the Year in Windsor for 2013.

Martin & Julie both enjoy visiting their family in England when they can. They also enjoy spending time with their animals and traveling to new towns and villages.
