  You workers were efficient and polite, they were clean and professional. They walked me through what they were going to be doing in the basement.  Both the sales staff and the project coordinator (Jocelyn) were amazing and fantastic. They were communicative and open and informative.  We had you recommended to us by our general contractor. As a result of our initial meeting with our sales guy David we were hooked. He was informative and friendly and told us exactly what we needed and explained every step of the process.

  Hello, to be honest I chose Omni because the first company I called didn't care to come see the problem with my basement, and wanted me to do some of the prep work to give them an idea of what was needed. I'm very glad I didn't pick them and chose Omni. Phil, Pete, Jocelyn, Dustin and Daniel all did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. The installation was stellar! Dustin and Daniel did an amazing job and were very professional, efficient and friendly. They are a great installation crew, for sure. All in all a great experience and a great guarantee. I would recommend Omni in the future, it really is a well oiled machine. thank you, Andrew

  From beginning to end, everything was on time, staff were professional and friendly. Great customer care. Jocelyn was great. Professional and organized. Alessio explained everything and great follow up. Very professional. Professional and work completed on time. Ryan was great for explaining everything. We chose Omni because they were more affordable, lifetime warranty, and work being completed on the inside made more sense to us.

  The following are major reasons we were completely satisfied: David Rademaker sales rep was professional, thorough and helpful through the entire process. Justin of the tear out team was great. Installation crew was professional and courteous. Jocelyn in scheduling was amazingly fantastic. Always able to accommodate our contracting delays. Her communication and scheduling skills take your company to the next level.
