THis area is a low area of the basement and the area that shows the most signs of high water.
Omni puts down carpet runners to protect the floors of the home.
A footing is dug out under the floor.
The lower half the wall is removed so a membrane can be installed.
The evidence is there. In this photo, you can clearly see the problems. The step cracking in the corner is a tell tale sign of bowing and the dark blocks at the bottom shows water problems. This will all be fixed by Omni.
This dirt floor is emitting moisture into the air cavity that will destroy the building materials.
