Michael Bozza

Michael has an extensive understanding of the basement waterproofing and crawlspace repair industry and is an expert in his field. His excellent customer service comes from his  career in appliance repair and representing builders. During this time he focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Michael works hard to understand his customer’s needs and expectations. After being introduced to the innovative products offered by Basement Systems Michael quickly realized he needed to be part of the Omni Team. Michael is a true professional and brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job he is involved with. Michael is convinced that the complete suite of Basement Systems and Supportworks products are the most innovated and cost-effective solutions for his clients in Southern Ontario. Michael enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them with their basement or crawlspace problems.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys cooking and spending time with the family. He also enjoys golfing, visiting new places and relaxing with a nice bottle of wine.
