A dynamic and results-driven professional, Tom has developed a deep understanding of people and relationship building. His superpower is the ability to connect with clients on a human level, understand their challenges holistically, and deliver tailored solutions. Tom particularly loves the challenge of helping uncertain clients to solve unexpected basement issues in creative ways.

Outside of work, Tom can often be found tearing up the pickleball court, fishing, or playing fetch with his goofy dog named Mayhem.
