I'm wondering if there is a way to address the water coming in so the pump doesn't have to work so hard? with a magnetic float that works well and hasn't failed yet but I assume it's a matter of time before it fails as it's been 3 years already since it was installed. We do have a back up pump as well in case of failure and a wifi alert system. I would like to know why the water is coming in though and fix it.
