The biggest was getting custom window wells last year, The year prior to that I had a crack repaired from the inside which leaked again the second year and also some work done on a small area outside. my basement is technically dry or at least did not flood the way it did the first two years but there is an overall damp feeling. I believe we have a low water table. Old open hole cement pipe fills up with water and stays in the basement washroom until it drains to ?? Needs to be seen to figure out what to do.
